Shared shuttle
How long is the shuttle from Calgary Airport to Banff?+
It is about two hours from Calgary International Airport (YYC) to Banff, depending on traffic and weather. The drive follows the Trans Canada Highway through the Bow Valley, so the views start well before you arrive.
How much does the Calgary to Banff shuttle cost?+
Shared shuttle seats are $55 per adult and $32 per child one way to Banff, and $50 per adult and $30 per child to Canmore. Send us your date and group size and we will confirm the exact total.
How many shuttles run each day?+
Twelve departures a day in each direction between Calgary, Canmore and Banff. Every departure and arrival time is published on our shuttle schedule.
Where do I meet the driver at Calgary Airport (YYC)?+
Look for our airport booth between Exit Doors 4 and 5 on the Arrivals Level.

Bus Bay / Pillar 15, across from Exit Doors 3 and 4.

Every stop is mapped on our pickup points guide. Private transfers are met inside arrivals by your driver.
Do I need to book in advance?+
Yes, we recommend booking ahead so we can guarantee your seats and timing, especially during busy season.
How much luggage can I bring?+
Each passenger can bring a standard suitcase and a carry on. Travelling with skis, snowboards, bikes or extra bags? Let us know in advance and we will make room.
Are there pickups in downtown Calgary?+
Yes. Along with the airport, shared shuttles pick up at the Delta Hotel Calgary Downtown and at Crowfoot LRT Station. Both are mapped on our pickup points guide. Share your address and we will confirm the closest option.
How early should I arrive at the pickup point?+
At least five minutes before your scheduled departure time. Every stop is mapped on our pickup points guide.
Drop offs and stops
Do you drop off at my hotel in Banff?+
If your hotel is along Banff Avenue, we are happy to drop you at the door at no extra cost. Just ask your driver. Private transfers are always door to door, anywhere in Banff or Canmore.
What are your stops?+
We connect Calgary and YYC airport with Canmore, Banff, Lake Louise and Moraine Lake. Tell us where you are headed and we will map the route for you.
Do you go to Lake Louise and Moraine Lake?+
Yes. Lake Louise is served year round, and Moraine Lake is seasonal since its access road closes over winter. Our tours and transfers cover both while they are open.
Private transfers
How much is a private transfer?+
Private transfers start at $299 for your own vehicle, door to door. The final price depends on route, group size and timing, so send us the details for a quote.
Do you operate 24/7?+
Yes, private transfers run around the clock, so early flights and late night arrivals are always covered.
What vehicles do you offer?+
Our fleet includes Mercedes-Benz Sprinters, Ford Transits, a Toyota hybrid minivan and a Ford E-350 shuttle bus. We match the vehicle to your group size. See the full fleet here.
Can you make extra stops along the way?+
Yes. With a private transfer you can add stops, whether it is a viewpoint, a grocery run or a second pickup. Just let us know when you book.
Tours
What tours do you offer?+
We run small group and private sightseeing tours through Banff, Lake Louise, Moraine Lake and the Bow Valley, built around the views and your pace.
Are Moraine Lake tours seasonal?+
Yes. Moraine Lake is only reachable while its access road is open, roughly late spring through early fall, so those tours run seasonally.
What is the difference between a shared and a private tour?+
A shared tour joins a small group on a set route at a per seat price. A private tour is just your group in your own vehicle, with a flexible itinerary you help shape.
Booking, payment and cancellations
How do I book?+
Shared shuttle seats can be booked online in a couple of minutes, and your ticket arrives by email with a QR code to show the driver. For private transfers and tours, send us your dates, group size and pickup details and we will reply with a quote and confirm everything before you travel.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit cards, and payment details are confirmed with your booking.
Can I change or cancel my booking?+
Cancel at least 24 hours before your departure and you receive a full refund, less a $4 processing fee. Refund requests need to reach us within 30 days of the original reservation date.

No refund for cancellations inside 24 hours, no shows, or pickups missed because of incorrect contact details given at booking.

Can I move my booking to another day?+
For shared shuttles we can move you to a different departure on the same day, subject to seats and schedule. Moving to a different date less than 24 hours before your original departure carries a $25 fee plus tax.
Do you offer round trip or group discounts?+
We are glad to quote round trips and larger groups. Ask and we will put together the best rate for your trip.
Do you provide car seats for children?+
Yes, child seats are available on request. Email or call us with your child’s age before your trip and we will have the right seat ready.
Can I bring my pet?+
Service animals are always welcome. On private transportation, pets are welcome in a carrier or on your lap. Out of courtesy to other passengers, pets are not permitted on shared shuttles.
Is there WiFi on board?+
Our vehicles do not have onboard WiFi, and mountain cell coverage can be patchy between towns. We suggest downloading anything you will need before the drive.
Do I need a park pass?+
A Parks Canada pass is required to enter Banff and the surrounding national parks. Park passes are included in our private tours. If you are riding a shared shuttle or booking a private transfer, please buy your own pass in advance from Parks Canada.
Do you run in winter?+
Yes, we run year round, and winter is one of the best times to see the Rockies. Lake Louise is reachable all year, while the road to Moraine Lake closes for the season.
What happens if my flight is delayed?+
Let us know as soon as you can and we will do our best to adjust your pickup or move you to the next available departure.
What if my shuttle is running late?+
We hold to the schedule wherever we can, but traffic, road conditions, weather and late passengers do occasionally push a departure back. Call us on 1 (855) 757-3222 and we will contact your driver for an update.
