All times are local Mountain Time on a 24 hour clock. Please arrive at your pickup point at least five minutes before departure.
Schedules can change while we adjust vehicles to demand. If your departure moves, we tell you no later than the day before your trip. Shared shuttle riders need their own Parks Canada pass.

The run from Banff to Calgary airport takes about two hours. Calgary airport asks you to be there two hours before a domestic flight and three before international. Work backwards and it comes out like this. Each row is the last shuttle that still works, so if you would rather have some margin in your day, take the one before it.

Flying out in the morning? Worth being straight about this. Our first shared shuttle leaves Banff at 8:00 am and reaches the airport around 10:00 am, so anything before midday domestic, or before mid afternoon international, does not work on a shared seat. Two things do: a private transfer, which runs at any hour and will collect you at 4:00 am if that is what your flight needs, or the 11:00 pm shuttle the night before and a hotel near the airport.
In winter, add a buffer. The Trans-Canada through the Bow Valley is well maintained and ploughed early, but snow slows everything down and no shuttle can outrun weather. If your flight matters, take the earlier run.

Calgary International Airport (YYC)
On the Arrivals Level, look for our airport booth between Exit Doors 4 and 5.
Bus Bay / Pillar 15, across from Exit Doors 3 and 4.
Delta Hotel Calgary Downtown
Across from the hotel, along the Harry Hays Building loading zone on 4th Avenue.
Please do not wait in the hotel lobby. Your driver stops at the loading zone across the street, not inside.
Crowfoot LRT Station
On the Scenic Acres Parkade side, beside the train station, by the loading zone signage marked Service to Banff.
